Gator-guzzling python comes to messy end

This is one messed up fight...

MIAMI–The alligator has some foreign competition at the top of the Everglades food chain, and the results of the struggle are horror-movie messy.

A 13-foot Burmese python recently burst after it apparently tried to swallow a live, six-foot alligator whole, authorities said.

The incident has heightened biologists’ fears that the nonnative snakes could threaten a host of other animal species in the Everglades.

I dunno... seemes like a draw considering they described the crocodile as a carcass... Though who thought pythons could eat crocodiles? Do they paralyze their victims? I thought they ate VERY slowly. But if the croc chewed its way through, it must just have been a very deep sleeper.

LMAO–world’s most dangerous animal fight videos? Or would it be viewable on the FOOD network?

yeah.. the cartoon network... gundams ho! Though animal fights on the discovery channel would be cool.. I mean it beats watching tigers and lions hunting because you clearly know who’s going to win. When its two different predators, all bets are off.
